Assuming the speculative construction of the early Morston Massinghams is correct, William XXV is unlikely to be the son of William XXIII's putative brother Robert Masinge IX, because Robert died in June 1544 whereas his proven son (parish record states relationship explicitly) William Masinge XXIV only died in September 1544: there would therefore have been no opportunity for a second son of Robert's to be named William, unless he was conceived before, but born soon after, his father's death.
Assuming the speculative construction of the early Morston Massinghams is correct, Thomas Massingham X could be the son of either Robert Masinge IX, as recorded above, or of Robert's brother William Massingham XXIII. He is placed as Robert's son because it seems Robert IX had his children slightly earlier than did William XXIII, and this fits better with the projected date of birth for Thomas X.
